These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Chuckles at https://chuckles.appand our iOS application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Chuckles provides a personal comedy station experience, including AI-produced shows tailored to preferences you set. The Service may change, improve, or be interrupted from time to time. Features available on the website and in the app may differ.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any age requirements of the App Store and applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account or device installation and for keeping credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except as allowed by law
• Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content beyond what the product intentionally delivers
• Resell or misuse API access, credentials, or rate limits

Content & intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and produced shows are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial listening as offered in the app. You may not redistribute shows or recordings except as we explicitly allow.

AI-generated material

Comedy content may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Output can be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for all audiences. Use tone controls responsibly. The Service is for entertainment; it is not professional advice.

Purchases & App Store

If you download or purchase through Apple's App Store, Apple's terms and billing rules also apply. Refunds and subscription management, when applicable, are handled under those rules unless we state otherwise.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
